Revocation of the Reservation of Portion of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and six, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 1 rood 37 perches, more or less, being part of Section 4, Block I, Waipu Survey District, and to be known as Section 6, Block I, Waipu Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by another part of the said Section 4, and towards the south-west by a public road. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 11/9, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1936.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 111 acres 2 roods 1 perch, more or less, situated in Blocks III and X, Tangihua Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by Allotments S. 24 and 18, Maungakaramea Parish; towards the south-east by Walton’s Grant; towards the west by part of a permanent State forest (Gazette, 1906, page 1430); and towards the north by Section 1, Block III, Tangihua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 11/10, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the reservation as a permanent State forest of the area of land described in the Schedule hereto (which reservation was effected by Warrant dated the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and by the State Forests Act, 1908).
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 69 acres 2 roods 2 perches, more or less, and being Section 39, Maungaraki Settlement, Block VIII, Belmont Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 92/6, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of December, 1936.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 47 acres, more or less, and being Section 4, Block XIV, Orieri Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 104/21, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1936.
