A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Waipawa and Opouawe Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road in Piako Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block III, Piako Survey District, taken for a Railway.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the Paeroa–Pokeno Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Hauraki Plains County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 23-2 perches.
Being portion of Railway land (Proclamation 4605).
Situated in Block III, Piako Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26138.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91676, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
