WELLINGTON, THURSDAY, DECEMBER 10, 1936.

ERRATUM.--In the Proclamation dated 1st December,
1936, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 81
of the 3rd day of the same month, at page 2321, taking land
for the purpose of a road in Block III, Piako Survey District,
Hauraki Plains County, for the date from which the land
taken shall vest, read "fourteenth day of December" in lieu
of "fourteenth day of November."

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.
[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the
Native Land Act, 1931, I, George Vere Arundell,
Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the Native
land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly com-
pleted by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the
said Act, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become
Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
PUKEPOTO 5B 2 Block: Area, 79 acres 2 roods 30 perches.
Takahue Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of
December, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the
land in the City of Christchurch described in the Schedule
hereto.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
December, 1936.
