to be the representative of the New Zealand Government on the New Zealand Wool Publicity Committee established by the said Act ; and

(2) In pursuance of section 3 (3) of the said Act to appoint

Sir William Perry, Kt., and
Bernard Edward Howard Tripp, Esquire, J.P.,

to be the representatives of the wool-growers of the Dominion on the said Committee.

to be a member of the Kuaotunu Domain Board in place of Alex Wilson, left the district.

to be a member of the Arawa Park Domain Board in place of Alfred Harry Tripe, deceased.

Harry Taylor,

to be a member of the Fergusson Domain Board in place of John Pilkington, resigned.

Edgar Burgess,

to be a member of the Mackenzie Domain Board in place of Leonard Murray Gibson, resigned.

to be Clerk of the Magistrates’ Court at Pahiatua for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, as from the 19th day of November, 1936.

George Gordon Atkinson,

to be an Inspector for the purposes of the Factories Act, 1921–22, Inspector for the purposes of the Scaffolding and Excavation Act, 1922, and an Inspector for the purposes of the Weights and Measures Act, 1925, as from the 16th day of November, 1936.

to be Secretary to the Board in terms of section 7 of the National Provident Fund Act, 1926, as from the 1st day of November, 1936.

PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, notice is hereby given that the result of the poll held on the 11th day of November, 1936, on the proposal of the Panmure Township Road Board to raise a loan of £2,500 for the purpose of installation of a water-supply was as follows :—
