Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which intersects the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 2 roods 27 perches and 18 acres 0 roods 34 perches, more or less, being Section 25B, Block II, and Section 3B, Block III, respectively, Moeangiangi Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 20/87A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,984 acres 3 roods 14 perches, more or less, being Blocks 50 and 51, Mohaka Crown Grant District, situated in Blocks II and III, Moeangiangi Survey District: Bounded towards the north by Section 3, Block X, and Section 3, Block XI, Mohaka Survey District, 8652 links; towards the north-east by Section 1, Block III, Moeangiangi Survey District, 16398 links; towards the south-east by Lot 1 on deposited plan No. 4021 and the crossing of a closed road, and a public road, 18000 links; towards the south-west generally by the left bank of the Waikare River from the westernmost corner of Lot 1 on deposited plan No. 4021 aforesaid to the southernmost corner of Section 1, Block II, Moeangiangi Survey District; and towards the north-west by Section 1, Block II, Moeangiangi Survey District aforesaid, the crossing of the Napier–Wairoa Main Road, and the abuttal of a public road, 15200·1 links; after excluding therefrom portion of the aforesaid Napier–Wairoa Main Road, a public road, and a closed road taken and closed respectively by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1936, at page 1636: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 20/87B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2,449 acres 3 roods 13 perches, more or less, and being Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block XII, and Section 14, Block XVI, Pouatu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 61/6, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of December, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the national-endowment land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL those areas of national-endowment land in the Nelson Land District described as follows:—
All that area containing by admeasurement 160 acres, more or less, being part of Section 27, Block III, Steeples Survey District, and part of Section 13, Block I, Waitakere Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east by other parts of the said Sections 27 and 13; towards the south and west by a road reserve along the Okari River; again towards the west by Sections 11, 2, and 1, Block I, Waitakere Survey District, and the abutment of a road; and again towards the west and towards the north by another part of the said Section 27.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being part of Section 18, Block I, Waitakere Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north and east by a road reserve along the Okari River; again towards the east and towards the south by another part of the said Section 18; and towards the west by Section 3, Block I, Waitakere Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 112/4, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of December, 1936.
