NOTICE is hereby given that by resolution passed as a special resolution on the 3rd day of November, 1936, under section 300 (1) of the Companies Act, 1933, it was resolved by the members of the above-named company that the company be wound up voluntarily for the purpose of reconstruction. By the same resolution ROBERT ARTHUR GLEN, of Wellington, Chartered Accountant, was appointed liquidator for the purposes of the winding up.

The business heretofore carried on by the company has been taken over by a new company registered under the name of Buxtons Limited.
