ESTATE OF GUY ALEXANDER NICOL.
In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of the Estate of Guy Alexander Nicol, late of Palmerston North, but formerly of Sanson, Storekeeper, now deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand on the 6th day of November, 1936, pursuant to the powers in that behalf conferred upon him by section 62 of the above-mentioned Act, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Wellington electing to administer the above estate under Part IV of the said Act, and that the said estate will as from the said date be administered, realized, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.
Notice is further given that I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Palmerston North, on Wednesday, the 18th day of November, 1936, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
Notice is finally given that all creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act, 1908. Proof-of-debt forms may be procured at my office.

I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme Court dated the 30th day of October, 1936, I was appointed administrator of the estate of the above-named, and I hereby call a meeting of creditors to be held at my office in the Old Provincial Building, Durham Street, Christchurch, on Thursday, the 12th day of November, 1936, at 10 a.m.
All claims against the above estate must be lodged with me on or before the 30th December, 1936.

WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Waitemata County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £7,200 authorized to be raised by the Waitemata County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the acquisition of land and fencing, formation, metalling, and sealing of 7¼ miles of the Beach Road Main Highway, Takapuna Riding, kerbing and channelling main roads, and contingencies, the Waitemata County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-eighths of one penny in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property in the Takapuna Riding of the County of Waitemata, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and payable half-yearly on the thirtieth day of September and the thirtieth day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of fifteen years or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a minute passed at a meeting of the Waitemata County Council held on Friday, the 23rd October, 1936.
