  1. CHARGES FOR ELECTRICAL ENERGY.

The charges for electrical energy shall not exceed 1s. per unit for lighting purposes and 6d. per unit for motor-power, heating, or cooking purposes; provided that “lighting purposes” shall include the operation of motor-generators for lighting purposes; and provided further that if accounts are paid within fourteen days of due date the charges shall not exceed 10d. per unit for lighting purposes and 4½d. per unit for motor-power, heating, and cooking purposes.

In the case of wholesale supply, the charge shall not exceed £16 per kilovolt-ampere of half-hourly maximum demand per year plus ½d. per unit. “Wholesale supply” for this purpose shall be held to be a supply in respect of which the consumer shall guarantee to pay not less than £180 per year.

A minimum charge of 7s. 6d. per month, including meter-rent (if any), may be collected if required by the licensee, and shall be printed on the licensee’s conditions of supply.

  1. TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORKS.

The period for completion of the works hereby authorized shall be three years from the date of this license.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ELECTRIC lines adapted for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described within the area added to the Waitemata Electric-power District by Proclamation dated the seventeenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of the same month, such area comprising the County of Rodney and the Town District of Warkworth.

Amending Order in Council delegating Powers under the Cemeteries Act, 1908.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of October, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke, in so far as it relates to the Taupiri Cemetery, the Order in Council delegating powers under the said Act made on the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-first day of the same month, at page 2429.

Amending Order in Council delegating Powers under the Cemeteries Act, 1908.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of October, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council made on the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at page 2429, by inserting in parentheses after the words “Moa Flat” in the second column of the Schedule thereto the description set out in the Schedule hereto, and doth order that this Order in Council shall take effect from the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE.

ETTRICK CEMETERY.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 32 perches, more or less, being Sections 7 and 7A, Block I, Benger Survey District: Commencing at a point on Domain Road 641·6 links due east from main Roxburgh-Lawrence Road; thence bounded towards the west, north, and east by Section 84, said Block I, 890 links, 500 links, and 880 links respectively; and towards the south by aforesaid Domain Road, 500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly shown on the plan marked 191-2/449, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Health, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red, and being also the cemetery referred to in the resolution of the Tuapeka County Council made on the 10th day of July, 1936, resolving that the name of the said cemetery be changed from “Moa Flat Cemetery” to “Ettrick Cemetery.”

Delegating Powers under the Cemeteries Act, 1908.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of October, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby delegate to the several Councils of counties named in the first column of the Schedule hereto the powers conferred upon him by section four of the said Act of appointing and removing trustees (including trustees heretofore appointed) in respect of the cemeteries respectively specified in the second column of the said Schedule opposite the names of such Councils by the names by which they are generally known and respectively situated in the counties the Councils of which are named as aforesaid, and doth order that this Order in Council shall take effect from the date of the publication hereof in the Gazette.

Delegating Powers under the Cemeteries Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of October, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the County of Selwyn the powers conferred upon him by section four of the said Act of appointing and removing trustees in respect of the Lake Coleridge Cemetery as described in the Schedule hereto.
