CHANGE OF SURNAME.

I DENNIS EDMUND GOLDSMITH, of Gisborne, Store-
L, man, now lately called DENNIS EDMUND BARRETT
RADTKE, hereby give notice that on the 3rd day of October,
1936, I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and
abandoned the use of my said surname of Radtke and then
assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all
occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of Gold-
smith instead of the said name of Radtke: And I give
further notice that by a deed-poll dated the 3rd day of Octo-
ber, 1936, duly executed and filed in the Supreme Court of
New Zealand at Gisborne on the 6th day of October, 1936,
I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said
surname of Radtke, and declared that I had assumed and
adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions what-
soever to use and subscribe the name of Goldsmith instead
of Radtke and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known,
and described by the name of Goldsmith exclusively.

by a public company named Industrial Chemicals
(N.Z.), Limited, which company is now carrying on the
business, the following special resolution was duly passed by
resolution dated 5th October, 1936 :-

be wound up voluntarily, and that REGINALD WAUCHOP
Lock, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby
appointed as liquidator of the company."

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 230 of
the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of
the members of the above company will be held at the offices
of Messrs. W. A. Mitson and Co., Public Accountants, 24 Water
Street, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 22nd day of October, 1936,
at 4.30 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of having an account
laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the
winding up of the said company has been conducted and the
assets of the said company disposed of, and for hearing any
explanation that may be given by the liquidators, and also
of passing an extraordinary resolution disposing of the books,
documents, and accounts of the company and of the liquidators

The extraordinary resolution to be submitted to such

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute-
book, in accordance with section 300 of the Com-
panies Act, 1933, the following resolution was passed by the
above-named company on the 6th day of October, 1936 :-
" It is resolved that Ferguson Building Contractors, Ltd.,
be wound up voluntarily, and that such winding up be a
creditors’ voluntary winding up as provided by section 226 (3)
of the Companies Act, 1933."
Notice is also given that a meeting of the creditors of the
said company will be held pursuant to section 300 (7) of the
Companies Act, 1933, at the office of Mr. W. T. Dobson,
Solicitor, Gladstone Chambers, Tennyson Street, Napier, on
Friday, the 16th day of October, 1936, at 3 o'clock in the
afternoon, at which meeting a full statement of the position
of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors
and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before
the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance
of section 235 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be
the liquidator of the company, and, in pursuance of section 236
of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.
