LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by the Tokerau District Maori Land Board as lessor under Memorandum of Lease No. 11272 of Te Tio B No. 2 Block, situated in the Waoku and Mangamuka Survey Districts, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 337, folio 191 (Auckland Registry), of which Charles Frederick Claasen, of Rawene, Farmer, is the registered lessee, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such notice of re-entry accordingly upon the expiration of one calendar month from the 15th day of October, 1936, unless good cause to the contrary be shown.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of an interim certificate of title in the name of Timothy O’Connor, of Hastings, Settler, for all that parcel of land containing 1 acre 3 roods, more or less, situate in the Borough of Hastings, being part of the Heretaunga Block, and being also Lots 217, 218, 224, 225, 226, 227, and 228, Block X, deposited plan No. 362, and all the land in application R. 8688 and R. 8960, which said land was formerly contained in a certificate of title the number of which is unknown, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the relative certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the interim certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Vol. 58, folio 263, of which Catherine Jane Crook, of Napier, Married Woman, is the registered lessee, I hereby give notice that I will register such re-entry as requested at the expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
