NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a public school, the following land, namely :—

All that piece of land situated in the Provincial District of Auckland containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 37·6 perches, more or less, part of Allotment 44 of the Parish of Tahawai, which said piece of land is portion of the land shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 13985, and is part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 409, folio 191, of the Register-books of the Land Registry Office aforesaid.

A plan of the land is deposited at the post-office at Katikati and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.

All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land and to send such writing within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Wellesley Street, Auckland.
