THE SCOTT TIMBER COMPANY, LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
BY special resolution passed on the 30th day of September, 1936, the members of the Scott Timber Company, Limited, resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that GEORGE HAMILTON SCOTT, of Wellington, Timber-merchant, be appointed liquidator.
The business heretofore carried on by the company is being taken over by a new company registered under the name “The Scott Timber Company, Limited.”
The business will be carried on under the same management and in the same premises, and all accounts and all correspondence in relation to the business should be sent to the Manager of The Scott Timber Company, Limited, Cable Street, Wellington, as heretofore.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of DUNSHEATH MACHINERY COMPANY, LIMITED, an incorporated company having its registered office at 35 Federal Street, Auckland.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 22nd day of September, 1936, presented to the said Court by Francis Chapman Sons and Deekes, Limited, an incorporated company having its registered office at Australia House, Strand, in the County of London, England: And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 16th day of October, 1936, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
