NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership business of Engineers and Welders hitherto carried on by us, the undersigned, at 9 Ghuznee Street, Wellington, under the firm name of “Reid and Renner,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of March, 1935. The said business will be carried on by “Reid and Renner, Limited,” at the same address.

PURSUANT to the Mining Act, 1926, the undersigned Barrytown Gold Dredging, Limited, a duly incorporated mining company having its registered office at Greymouth, hereby applies for a license for a water-race, as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.

Date and number of miner’s right: 19/9/36; No. 66775.

Locality of the race, and of its starting and terminal points; also description of land traversed—e.g., unalienated Crown land, private land, or otherwise: Situate in Block IX, Waiwhero Survey District, commencing at a point in Stoney Creek approximately 8 chains north-west of the south-eastern corner of Section 2988 and terminating at boundary of applicant’s special claim as shown on sketch-plan filed herewith.
Length and intended course of race: 37½ chains north-westerly.
Points of intake: One—Stoney Creek.
Estimated time and cost of construction: One week; £80.
Mean depth and breadth: ¾-in. pipe-line.
Number of heads to be diverted: Half a head.
Purpose for which water is to be used: Domestic purposes.
Proposed term of license: Twenty-one years.

Proposed term of license: Forty-two years.

THE GUARDIAN, TRUST, AND EXECUTORS COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND, LIMITED.

I, RICHARD FROUDE WARD, Manager of the Guardian, Trust, and Executors Company of New Zealand, Limited, do solemnly and sincerely declare:—

  1. That the liability of the members is limited.
  2. That the capital of the company is £100,000, divided into 20,000 shares of £5 each.
  3. That the number of shares issued is 20,000.
  4. That calls to the amount of five pounds (£5) per share have been made, under which the sum of £100,000 has been received.
  5. That the amount of all moneys received on account of estates on the 1st day of July last is £13,561,133 7s.
  6. That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates on that day is £13,535,402 0s. 10d.
  7. That the amount of the balances due to estates under administration on that day is £25,731 6s. 2d.
  8. That the liabilities of the company as on the 1st day of July last were £216 1s. 5d.
  9. That the assets of the company on that day were £116,438 1s. 7d.
  10. That the first annual license was issued on the 10th day of March, 1911.

And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
