IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block III, Paekakariki Survey District—viz., portion of the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the south-western boundary of part Subdivision 2B 2, Paekakariki Block, Block III, Paekakariki Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 56·8 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., part Subdivision 2B 2, Subdivisions 2B 1 and 2A 2, Paekakariki Block, and Lot 2, D.P. 2184, being part Subdivisions 2A 1 and 1E, Paekakariki Block, Block III, Paekakariki Survey District, and terminating at a point on the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 2184; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Wellington Land District. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks VI and VII, Titirangi Survey District—viz., portion of the Waitakerei Ridgeway Drive—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the existing road near the junction of Brooklyn Road and School Road, Block VII, Titirangi Survey District, and proceeding thence along the said Brooklyn Road and Exhibition Drive and View Road in a westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 2 miles 8 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Lot 1, D.P. 7428, being part Allotment 12, Waikomiti Parish (C.T. 199/2), part Allotment 26, Waikomiti Parish (Deeds Register 8A 429), part Allotment 17, Waikomiti Parish (Deeds Register 11A 685), and Lot 5, D.P. 7177, being part Allotment 83, Waikomiti Parish (C.T. 200/93), Block VI, Titirangi Survey District, and terminating at a point on the southern boundary of the said Lot 5, D.P. 7177; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District.
