IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Fraser Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road in Block XII, Hapuakohe Survey District, Piako County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 9 of the thirtieth day of the same month, at page 132, and registered in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Auckland as No. 9036, proclaiming land as a road in Block XII, Hapuakohe Survey District, Piako County, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
