boundary of said Tatara-o-Kino Block, down the middle of the Waipunga River to and along the northern boundary of Tarawera Block, the northern and western boundaries of Omupapamaro Block, the western boundary of the aforesaid Tarawera Block, the northern boundaries of Te Matai and Te Matai No. 1 Blocks to the Mohaka River; thence up the middle of that river and the middle of the Oamaru River to and along the south-eastern boundary of Kaimanawa No. 1A Block to the Ngarruroro River; thence up the middle of that river to the eastern boundary of Kaimanawa No. 1F Block, along that boundary and the northern boundary of said No. 1F Block, along the eastern and northern boundaries of Kaimanawa No. 2B Block, and the northern boundary of Te Hautu Block to Lake Taupo; thence along a right line across said Lake Taupo to the mouth of the Kurutau Stream, up the middle of that stream and the Mangaharakeke Stream, and along the south-eastern boundary of Ruamata and eastern boundaries of Pukepoto and Waione Blocks to the Wanganui River, down the middle of that river to and up the middle of the Ongarue River to the Waimiha Stream, up the middle of that stream to the western boundary of the Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 36 Block; thence along that boundary to the Mokau River, and down the middle of the said Mokau River to its mouth; thence towards the west and south-west generally by the sea-coast crossing the entrances of all harbours to the south head of the Waikato River mouth; thence towards the north by the North Auckland Land District boundary herebefore described to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 82, Kohoroa Parish (Government Reserve), the point of commencement, including Mayor, Motiti, Whale, and White Islands and all other islands adjacent to the coast, excepting those already mentioned as being in the North Auckland Land District, and including also such parts of the bed of the sea adjacent to such sea-coast aforesaid as may from time to time be comprised in any certificate of title or other title that may have been issued or may be issued in future in accordance with any sufficient authority.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND REGISTRATION AND LAND REGISTRATION DISTRICTS.
ALL that area in the Dominion of New Zealand bounded towards the north and north-east generally by the sea-coast, crossing the entrances of all harbours, from Cape Maria van Diemen to middle of the entrance to Ohiwa Harbour; thence by a right line to the middle of the Nukuhou River; thence up the middle of the said river to its intersection with the western side of a road at the north-east corner of part Allotment 183B and 184; thence along the eastern boundary of said part Allotment 183B and 184 across a road; thence by the east boundary of Allotment 183A, again by the eastern boundary of aforesaid part Allotment 183B and 184; thence by the eastern boundaries of Allotments 185, 186, 187, 188, 189, 190, 191, and 192, across a road, and along the eastern boundaries generally of Allotments 194 and 195, across a road, and again along the eastern boundary of Allotment 195, and along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 196 and 197, across a road, again along the eastern boundary of said Allotment 197, and along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 198, 199, 200, 203, and 204, across a road, along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 207, 208, 211, and 212, across a road, again along the eastern boundary of Allotment 212, and along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 209A, 216, across a road, 215, 214, and 217, across a road, by the eastern boundaries of Allotments 222 and 223, all of Waimana Parish; thence easterly across a public road along the northern boundary of Lot 3 (D.P. 9715) of Waimana No. 1F Block, along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Section 21, Waimana Settlement, Block IV, Waimana Survey District, the south-eastern boundary of Waimana 1C to and across a public road; thence again by the said south-eastern boundary of Waimana 1C Block and 1D Block to Pātaua; thence by the south-west boundary of Waimana 1D Block to and across a public road; thence again by the said south-west boundary of Waimana 1D Block to the north-west boundary of Tahora 2A D 2 Block; thence by the south-western boundary of the last-mentioned block to the Waimana River; thence up the middle of that river, the Tauranga River, and Mangatotao Stream to the intersection of the latter stream with a line produced north-east from Trig. Station 2128 (Whakāfakaa) through Trig. Station 2126 (Maungapohatu); thence following that line in a south-westerly direction through the aforesaid Trig. Station 2126 (Maungapohatu) to the aforesaid Trig. Station 2128 (Whakātakaa); thence by a straight line in a south-westerly direction to Trig. Station C 2 or 62 (Maungatainiwha); thence south-easterly by the north-eastern boundary of Ileruiwi No. 4C Block; thence south-westerly by the western boundary of Maungatainiwha Block to Te Hoe River, and down the middle of that river to the northern boundary of Tatara-o-Kino Block; thence along the northern boundary of said Tatara-o-Kino Block, down the middle of the Waipunga River to and along the northern boundary of Tarawera Block, the northern and western boundaries of Omupapamaro Block, the western boundary of the aforesaid Tarawera Block, the northern boundaries of Te Matai and Te Matai No. 1 Blocks to the Mohaka River; thence up the middle of that river and the middle of the Oamaru River to and along the south-eastern boundary of Kaimanawa No. 1A Block to the Ngarruroro River; thence up the middle of that river to the eastern boundary of Kaimanawa No. 1F Block, along that boundary and the northern boundary of said No. 1F Block, along the eastern and northern boundaries of Kaimanawa No. 2B Block, and the northern boundary of Te Hautu Block to Lake Taupo; thence along a right line across said Lake Taupo to the mouth of the Kurutau Stream, up the middle of that stream and the Mangaharakeke Stream, and along the south-eastern boundary of Ruamata and eastern boundaries of Pukepoto and Waione Blocks to the Wanganui River, down the middle of that river to and up the middle of the Ongarue River to the Waimiha Stream, up the middle of that stream to the western boundary of the Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 36 Block; thence along that boundary to the Mokau River, and down the middle of the said Mokau River to its mouth; thence towards the west and south-west generally by the sea-coast, crossing the entrances of all harbours, to Cape Maria van Diemen, the place of commencement; including the adjacent islands and the Kermadec Islands, and including also such parts of the bed of the sea adjacent to such sea-coast aforesaid as may from time to time be comprised in any certificate of title or other title that may have been issued or may be issued in future in accordance with any sufficient authority.
FOURTH SCHEDULE.
GISBORNE LAND, REGISTRATION, AND LAND REGISTRATION DISTRICTS.
ALL that area in the Dominion of New Zealand bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the entrance to the Ohiwa Harbour; thence bounded on the west generally by the Auckland Land District, Registration District, and Land Registration District, respectively, herebefore described to a point in the Te Hoe River in line with the production of the north-west boundary of Section 1, Block IX, Waitara Survey District; thence in an easterly direction generally to and along the north-western and eastern boundaries of the said Section 1 and the production of the eastern boundary of the said Section 1 to the middle of the Mohaka River; thence down the middle of that river to the north-western boundary produced of the Mohaka Block; thence to and along that boundary and the northern boundary of the said Mohaka Block to and across a road, again by the northern boundary of the Mohaka Block, Section 1, Block VI, Waihua Survey District, Lots 1 and 2 of Section 1, Block II, Waihua Survey District, to and across a road; thence by the northern boundary of Section 1, Block III, Waihua Survey District, to and across a road; thence by the north-western and northern boundaries of Section 1, Block XVIII, Taramarama Survey District, to and across a road, again by the northern boundary of the said Section 1 and the abutal of a road; thence by the northern and north-eastern boundaries of Sections 1 and 2, Block XIX, Taramarama Survey District, and the north-east boundary of the said Section 2 produced to the middle of the Tutakuri River; thence down the middle of that river to its confluence with the Waiu River; thence down the middle of that river to its confluence with the Wairoa River; thence down the middle of that river to its confluence with the Kahauroa Stream and the Maromauku Stream to a road forming the north-eastern boundary of Lot 4 on plan 4592 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Napier; thence by the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 4 and the road forming the north-eastern and eastern boundaries of Section 8, Block XIV, Opoiti Survey District,
