Altering the Boundaries of the North Auckland and the Auckland Land Districts, the Auckland Registration and Land Registration Districts, and the Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, and Wellington Land, Registration, and Land Registration Districts.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of September, 1936.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by subsection two (d) of section twenty-nine of the Land Act, 1924, subsection one of section four of the Deeds Registration Act, 1908, and subsection two of section three of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, it is enacted that the Governor-General, by Order in Council, may from time to time alter the boundaries of any land district, registration district, and land registration district respectively:

And whereas it is desirable to alter the boundaries of the districts described in the Schedules hereto:

Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the hereinbefore-in-part-recited Acts and every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, do hereby order and declare that from and after the date hereof the boundaries of the North Auckland Land District shall be as described in the First Schedule hereto; the boundaries of the Auckland Land District shall be as described in the Second Schedule hereto; the boundaries of the Auckland Registration and Land Registration Districts shall be as described in the Third Schedule hereto; the boundaries of the Gisborne Land, Registration, and Land Registration Districts shall be as described in the Fourth Schedule hereto; the boundaries of the Hawke's Bay Land, Registration, and Land Registration Districts shall be as described in the Fifth Schedule hereto; the boundaries of the Taranaki Land, Registration, and Land Registration Districts shall be as described in the Sixth Schedule hereto; and the boundaries of the Wellington Land, Registration, and Land Registration Districts shall be as described in the Seventh Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Dominion of New Zealand bounded by a line commencing at the south head of the Waikato river-mouth; thence towards the west generally by the sea-coast to Cape Reinga; thence towards the north generally by the sea-coast to North Cape; thence towards the east generally by the sea-coast, crossing the entrances of all harbours, to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 82, Kohcroa Parish (Government Reserve), situated in Block VI, Wharekawa Survey District; thence towards the south generally by the northern and western boundaries of the said Allotment 82 to a public road, by a crossing of the said road to its southern side, a point on the northern boundary of Lot 3 on D.P. 12260; thence by the northern boundary of the said Lot 3, crossing intervening roads, by the northern boundary of Allotment 79, Kohcroa Parish (reserve), again by the aforesaid northern boundary of Lot 3 and part Allotment 77, Kohcroa Parish (school-site) and again by the aforesaid northern boundary of Lot 3, crossing an intervening road to the western boundary of the said Lot 3; thence by the abutment of a public road and along the western boundary of part Lot 2 on D.P. 12260 to the south-western boundary of Wharekawa No. 1c 2a Block; thence along that boundary to and across a public road to its southern side; thence by that side of the road to the eastern boundary of Lot 23 on D.P. 7211, and continuing along the southern side of the same road, intersecting Lots 23, 22, 21, and 20 on D.P. 7211, to the northern boundary of Section 3, Block VII, Wharekawa Survey District; thence again by the southern side of the road forming part of the northern boundary of the aforesaid Section 3 to the eastern boundary of Allotment 157, Kohcroa Parish; thence by the southern side of the road forming the northern boundary of Allotment 157 aforesaid, across a public road, and again by the southern side of the road forming the northern boundary of Allotment 157 aforesaid to and across a public road to the north-east corner of part Allotment 158, Kohcroa Parish, on D.P. 14554; thence by the southern side of the road forming the northern boundary of the aforesaid part Allotment 158 to and across a public road to the north-east corner of Allotment 164, Kohcroa Parish; thence by the southern side of the road and a right line forming the northern boundary of Allotment 164 aforesaid and again by the southern side of the road forming the northern and western boundaries of the aforesaid Allotment 164 to and across a public road to the northernmost corner of Allotment 162, Kohcroa Parish; thence by the southern side of the road forming the north-west boundary of the last-mentioned allotment and Lots 3 and 2 on D.P. 14024 to the middle of the Mangatangi Stream; thence by the middle of that stream and the middle of the Maramarua and Whangamarino Rivers to the junction of the latter with the Waikato River; thence by a right line to the left bank of the Waikato River; thence by the said left bank of that river to the south head of its mouth, the point of commencement, and including Kermadec Islands, Waiheke, Ponui, Great Barrier, Little Barrier, Three Kings, Channel, Cuvier, Great Mercury, Red Mercury, Slipper, and Alderman Islands, and all islands adjacent to the mainland, and including also such parts of the bed of the sea adjacent to such sea-coast aforesaid as may from time to time be comprised in any certificate of title or other title that may have been issued or may be issued in future in accordance with any sufficient authority.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Dominion of New Zealand bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Allotment 82, Kohcroa Parish (Government Reserve), situated in Block VI, Wharakawa Survey District; thence towards the east and north-east generally by the sea-coast, crossing the entrances of all harbours, to the middle of the entrance of Ohiwa Harbour; thence by a right line to the middle of the Nukuhou River; thence up the middle of the said river to its intersection with the western side of a road at the north-east corner of part Allotment 183a and 184; thence along the eastern boundary of said part Allotment 183a and 184 across a road; thence by the east boundary of Allotment 183a, again by the eastern boundary of aforesaid part Allotment 183a and 184; thence by the eastern boundaries of Allotments 185, 186, 187, 188, 189, 190, 191, and 192, across a road, and along the eastern boundaries generally of Allotments 194 and 195, across a road, and again along the eastern boundary of Allotment 195, and along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 196 and 197, across a road, again along eastern boundary of said Allotment 197 and along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 198, 199, 200, 203, and 204, across a road, along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 207, 208, 211, and 212, across a road, again along the eastern boundary of Allotment 212, and along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 209a, 216, across a road, 215, 214, and 217, across a road, by the eastern boundaries of Allotments 222 and 223, all of Waimana Parish; thence easterly across a public road along the northern boundary of Lot 3 (D.P. 9715) of Waimana No. 1e Block, along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Section 21, Waimana Settlement, Block IV, Waimana Survey District, the south-eastern boundary of Waimana 1c to and across a public road; thence again by the said south-eastern boundary of Waimana 1c Block and 1b Block to Paitaua; thence by the south-west boundary of Waimana 1b Block to and across a public road; thence again by the said south-west boundary of Waimana 1b Block to the north-western corner of Tahora 2a D 2 Block; thence by the south-western boundary of the last-mentioned block to the Waimana River; thence up the middle of that river, the Tauranga River, and Mangatoatoa Stream to the intersection of the latter stream with a line produced north-east from Trig. Station 2128 (Whakatākau), through Trig. Station 2126 (Maungapohatu); thence following that line in a south-westerly direction through the aforementioned Trig. Station 2126 (Maungapohatu) to the aforesaid Trig. Station 2128 (Whakatākau); thence by a straight line in a south-westerly direction to Trig. Station C 2 or 62 (Maungataniwha); thence south-easterly by the north-eastern boundary of Heruwi No. 4c Block; thence south-westerly by the western boundary of Maungataniwha Block to Te Hoe River and down the middle of that river to the northern boundary of Tatara-o-Kino Block; thence along the northern
