the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 8 and 9,
Block XIV, Opoiti Survey District, the eastern boundary
of Section 1, Block XVIII, Opoiti Survey District, the
northern boundary of Lot 2 on plan 2534 deposited in
the office of the District Land Registrar at Napier;
then by the northern boundary generally of Lot 5 on
plan 1428 deposited in the office of the District Land
Registrar at Napier, to and across the abuttal of a road,
again by the northern boundary of the said Lot 5;
then by the north-western and north-eastern boundaries
of Lot 6 on the aforesaid plan 1428, along the western
boundaries of Sections 2 and 1, Block XV, Opoiti Survey
District, and the northern boundary of the said Section 1,
to and across the abuttal of a road; then by the
northern boundary of Lot 1 on plan 6005 deposited in
the office of the District Land Registrar at Napier, and
the northern boundary of Hereheretau 2b Block and that
boundary produced to the middle of the Makaretu
Stream; then up the middle of that stream to and
along the abuttal of a river-bank reserve, the north-
western boundary of Section 1, Block XVI, Opoiti
Survey District, the north-western and north-eastern
boundaries of Section 7, Block XIII, Nuhaka North
Survey District, to and by a road forming the south-
eastern boundary of Section 3, Block IX, Nuhaka North
Survey District; then by the south-western and western
boundaries of Section 4, Block IX, Nuhaka North Survey
District, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to
the middle of the Tukemakihl Stream; then up the
middle of that stream to and along the north-western
boundary of Section 8, Block IX, Nuhaka North Survey
District, and by that boundary produced to and across
a road; then in an easterly direction by that road
forming the southern boundary of Run 76A to the
western boundary of Nuhaka 2B 2F Block; then by
the western boundaries of Nuhaka 2B 2F, 2B 2A 1,
part 2B 2A 2, again 2B 2A 1, and again part 2B 2A 2 to
the western corner of S.G.R. 40; then by the north-
western and north-eastern boundaries of S.G.R. 40 to
and across a road, again by the north-eastern boundary
of S.G.R. 40 and the north-eastern boundary of Section 1,
Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District; then by the
south-eastern boundary of the said Section 1, the eastern
boundary of Section 4, Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey
District, and by that boundary produced across a road
to the northernmost corner of Section 3 E.R., Block XI,
Nuhaka North Survey District; then by the eastern
boundary of the said Section 3 E.R., the eastern
boundaries of Sections 12 and 20, Block XV, Nuhaka
North Survey District, the northern and eastern
boundaries of Paritu No. 3, the northern boundaries of
Paritu Nos. 2B 2 and 2A Blocks produced to the centre
of the Waiau River; then down the middle of the
said Waiau River to its intersection with the production
of the northern boundary of the Takararoa Block;
then by that boundary to the sea at Ngakau-o-te-Paritu;
then towards the east and north generally by the
sea-coast to a point in the middle of the entrance to
the Ohiwa Harbour, the point of commencement; in-
cluding all adjacent islands, and including also such
parts of the bed of the sea adjacent to such sea-coast
aforesaid as may from time to time be comprised in
any certificate of title or other title that may have been
issued or may be issued in future in accordance with any
sufficient authority.
FIFTH SCHEDULE.
HAWKE’S BAY LAND, REGISTRATION, AND LAND
REGISTRATION DISTRICTS.
ALL that area in the Dominion of New Zealand bounded
by a line commencing at the mouth of the Waimata
River; then proceeding north-westerly up the middle
of that river to and along the south-western boundary
of Section 1, Block XIII, Tautane Survey District, to
Trig. Station “39” (Taumata); then by right lines
along the southern boundary of Weber Survey District
through Trig. Station “O” (Otuarehua), “41A”
(Arthur), “P” (Pukehou), to Trig. Station “C”
(Wahataura); then by a right line along the southern
boundaries of Tahoraite and Woodville Survey Districts
to the Manawatu River; then down the middle of
that river to and north-easterly along the western
boundary of Woodville Survey District to Trig. Station
“60A” (Wharite); then generally northerly along the
summit of the Ruahine Range to the northern boundary
of the Awarua Block; then south-easterly along that
boundary to the Makirikiri Stream; then northerly
along the middle of that stream to and along the middle
of the Ikaawetea Stream, to and along the middle of the
Taruaraau River, to and along the middle of the Te
Waiamaru Stream and the north-western boundary of
the Timahanga Block to the Ngaruroro River; then
up the middle of that river to the southern boundary of
the Auckland Land District, Registration District, and
Land Registration District, respectively, hereinbefore
described; then generally easterly by the southern
boundaries of the Auckland and Gisborne Land Districts,
Registration Districts, and Land Registration Districts,
respectively, hereinbefore described to the sea; then
generally southerly along the sea-coast to the point of
commencement; including all adjacent islands, and in-
cluding also such parts of the bed of the sea adjacent
to such sea-coast aforesaid as may from time to time be
comprised in any certificate of title or other title that
may have been issued or may be issued in future in
accordance with any sufficient authority.
SIXTH SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND, REGISTRATION, AND LAND REGISTRATION
DISTRICTS.
ALL that area bounded by the Auckland Land District,
Registration District, and Land Registration District,
respectively, hereinbefore described from the mouth of
the Mokau River to the confluence of the Ongarue and
Wanganui Rivers; then down the middle of the
Wanganui River to a point in line with the western
boundary of Whakaihuwaka C 3A Block; then in that
line to and along the said boundary to the Pipiriki
Road; then along the northern sides of Pipiriki and
Makakaho Roads to the southern boundary of Section 5,
Block IV, Kapara Survey District; then along the
southern boundaries of Sections 5 and 6, Block IV,
Kapara Survey District, to and by a right line across
the Puraroto Road to the southern boundary of Section 3,
Block IV, Kapara Survey District; then along the
southern boundary of Section 3 aforesaid and the south-
eastern boundaries of Subdivisions 8 and 9, Mangapapa
No. 2 Block, to the south-east boundary of Kapara
Survey District; then along the south-eastern bound-
aries of Kapara, Opaku, and Carlyle Survey Districts to
the north-eastern corner of Lot 2, being part Sections 452
and 453, Okotuku Registration District, as shown on
plan 3374 deposited in the office of the District Land
Registrar at New Plymouth; then along the north-
eastern, north-western, and south-western boundaries of
the said Lot 2 to the south-eastern boundary of Carlyle
Survey District; then south-westerly along that
boundary to the sea at the mouth of the Patea River;
then towards the south-west and north-west by the
sea-coast to the mouth of the Mokau River, the place
of commencement; including all adjacent islands and
harbours, and including also such parts of the bed of
the sea adjacent to such sea-coast aforesaid as may from
time to time be comprised in any certificate of title or
other title that may have been issued or may be issued
in the future in accordance with any sufficient authority.
SEVENTH SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND, REGISTRATION, AND LAND REGIS-
TRATION DISTRICTS.
ALL that area in the Dominion of New Zealand bounded
by a line commencing at the southernmost corner of the
Carlyle Survey District, at the mouth of the Patea River,
and proceeding then in a north-easterly direction
generally along the boundary of the Taranaki Land
District, Registration District, and Land Registration
District, respectively, hereinbefore described to the
confluence of the Ongarue and Wanganui Rivers;
then in a south-easterly direction generally along the
boundary of the Auckland Land District, Registration
District, and Land Registration District, respectively,
hereinbefore described to the intersection of the south-
eastern boundary of Kaimanawa 1A Block with the
middle-line of the Ngaruroro River; then in a southerly
and south-easterly direction generally along the boundary
of the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Registration District,
and Land Registration District, respectively, hereinbefore
described to the mouth of the Waimata River; then
in a southerly, westerly, and northerly direction generally
along the sea-coast to the southernmost corner of the
Carlyle Survey District at the mouth of the Patea River,
the place of commencement, including all adjacent
islands and harbours, and the Chatham Islands, and
including also such parts of the bed of the sea adjacent
to such sea-coast aforesaid as may from time to time
be comprised in any certificate of title or other title
that may have been issued or may be issued in future in
accordance with any sufficient authority.
