Land proclaimed as a Road in Block IV, Hawksbury Survey District, Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Hawksbury Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 0 roods 8 perches.
Being portion of Section 15, Block IV, Hawksbury Survey District. (S.O. plan H 13.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2381, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2778, and thereon coloured red.

Land reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing 26 acres 2 roods, more or less, situated in Block IX of the Mount Fyffe Survey District, being part of the Native Land Court subdivision known as Kahutara or Reserve “G,” and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 38, folio 180, Marlborough Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of September, 1936.

Amending Order in Council vesting the Management of certain Wharves in the Hobson County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of September, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the Gazette of the fourth day of the same month, at page 1697, the management of the wharves at Tangowahine and Te Kopuru, erected in accordance with the plans marked M.D. 4544 and 2210 respectively, was vested in the Hobson County Council (who, with its successors and assigns, is hereinafter referred to as “the Council”):
~ And whereas the Council has disposed of the wharf at Tangowahine, and it is therefore desirable to amend the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, in so far as it refers, relates, or applies to the Tangowahine Wharf aforesaid.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in the Rangitoto Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of September, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a landing-place and other purposes of the General Government:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for defence purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a landing-place and other purposes of the General Government to a reserve for defence purposes.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 80 acres, more or less, being part Motutapu Island, Block V, Rangitoto Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west generally by the Hauraki Gulf, and towards the north-east, south-east, and south-west by part Motutapu Island, 2489·6 links, 3500 links, and 2487·3 links, respectively. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/11/72, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plans O.L.C. 293 and S.O. 17788.)
