BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY OF WAIPA.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner of South Suburban Section 109A, Town of Newcastle, where the generally southern boundary of Ngaruawahia Borough meets the right bank of the Waipa River; thence in an easterly direction generally along the southern boundary of the Ngaruawahia Borough (Gazette, 1921, page 501) and a right line to the middle of the Waikato River; thence in a south-easterly direction generally up the middle of the Waikato River to its intersection with the generally northern boundary of the Hamilton Borough hereinbefore described; thence generally westerly, southerly, and easterly along the northern, western, and southern boundaries respectively of that borough to the middle of the Waikato River aforesaid; thence in a south-easterly direction generally up the middle of that river to a point in line with the western boundary of the Leamington Town District (Gazette, 1922, page 1853); thence generally southerly, easterly, and northerly by a right line and the western, southern, and eastern boundaries respectively of the Leamington Town District aforesaid and a right line to the middle of the Waikato River; thence in a south-easterly direction generally up the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Pukekura No. 1 Block; thence south-westerly by a right line and the north-western boundary of Pukekura No. 1 Block, the abutment of a public road, again by the north-western boundary of Pukekura No. 1 Block, and the north-western boundaries of Pukekura Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, Section 1, and 6 Blocks respectively to Trig. 52, Pukekura; thence in a southerly direction generally along the western boundaries of Pukekura Nos. 7, 8A, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 Blocks respectively to the southernmost corner of the last-named block; thence by a right line to Trig. 1427, Maungatautari; thence by a right line running direct for Trig. 807, Uraura, in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District, to its intersection by the middle of the Waikato River; thence in a southerly direction generally up the middle of the Waikato River aforesaid and Arapuni Lake to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 10, Block IV, Wharepapa Survey District; thence in a generally westerly direction following the Otorohanga County boundary (Gazette, 1926, page 1097), along a right line across Arapuni Lake and a foreshore reserve, the north-western boundary of Section 10 aforesaid, and a right line passing through Section 1, Block IV, Wharepapa Survey District, and across a public road to the northernmost corner of Section 8, Block III, Wharepapa Survey District; thence along the north-western boundaries of Sections 8 and 7, Block III, Wharepapa Survey District, the crossing of a public road, the north-western boundaries of Wharepuhunga part 16B 3B 3D 2 and 16B 2 Blocks, the crossing of a public road, the north-western boundaries of Wharepuhunga 16B 3B Nos. 3E, 3B, and 3A Blocks, and Section 9, Block VI, Wharepapa Survey District, to Trig. 1593, Whatauri; thence along the north-eastern boundaries of Section 1, Block VI, Sections 2, 6, and 1, Block II, and Section 1, Block I, all of Wharepapa Survey District, to the middle of the Puniu River; thence down that river to its junction with the Moerika Stream; thence by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Lot 2, D.P. 21236, and along the generally northern boundary of that lot to Great South Road; thence along the eastern side of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 4924;
thence across that road and along the generally northern boundary of Lot 2 aforesaid to its north-western corner; thence along a right line to the northernmost corner of Tokanui C No. 11 Block; thence along the north-western boundary of that block, the north-eastern and northern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 12868, the northern and north-western boundaries of part Oruawhero 3x Block, the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 12868, the northern boundary of part Oruawhero 3y 2c Block to and across the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence along the western side of that railway to the northern end of the Te Kawa Railway-station Reserve; thence along the northern end of that reserve and a public road, the north-eastern boundary of Section 5, Block X, Puniu Survey District, and the eastern boundary of Oruawhero 30 1 Block to the northern boundary of the original Oruawhero Block; thence following that boundary through Block IX, Puniu, and Block XII, Pirongia, Survey Districts, and a right line to the middle of the Waipa River; thence in a northerly direction generally down the middle of that river and a right line across it to the point of commencement, save and excepting the Borough of Te Awamutu as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1925, at page 14.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF RUKUHIA RIDING.—COUNTY OF WAIPA.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Waipa County, bounded by a line commencing at a point where the North Island Main Trunk Railway intersects the generally southern boundary of the Hamilton Borough; thence in an easterly direction generally along the generally southern boundary of the Hamilton Borough hereinbefore described to the middle of the Waikato River; thence in a south-easterly direction generally following the boundary of the Waipa County hereinbefore described up the middle of the Waikato River to a point opposite Mystery Stream; thence in a south-westerly direction generally up that stream to its intersection by the Hamilton-Ohaupo Road near the north-western corner of Allotment 312A, Te Rapa Parish; thence along that road to and along the public road forming the south-western boundary of Allotment 362, Te Rapa Parish, to the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence in a north-westerly direction along that railway to the point of commencement.

THE following special order, made by the Matamata County Council on the 11th day of September, 1936, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928.

SPECIAL ORDER.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 5 (c) of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, the Matamata County Council hereby resolves and declares by way of special order that the undermentioned plants are noxious weeds within the County or Matamata:—
Milk or variegated thistle (Silybum marianum).
Bathurst burr (Xanthium spinosum).
Authorizing the Laying-off of Road of less Width than 66 ft.
WHEREAS in the opinion of the Minister of Lands it is inexpedient, by reason of the fact that the land shown upon the plan of Town of Lowry Bay Extension No. 14, affecting parts Sections 21, 22, 23, and 24, Harbour Registration District, Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, is intended to be used wholly for residential purposes, that the proposed road shown therein as Kaikoura Path should be of the width of 66 ft.:
Now, therefore, I, Frank Langstone, Minister of Lands, do hereby, in pursuance of the power conferred upon me by section 17, subsection (1), of the Land Act, 1924, and of every power me thereunto enabling, authorize the laying-off of such road of a width of not less than 40 ft.: Provided always that it shall not be lawful for any person to erect or cause to be erected any building at a less distance than 33 ft. from the middle of such road.
