Constituting Putaruru Development Scheme.
Pursuant to subsection (3) of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931, the Board of Native Affairs hereby gives notice of its intention to apply the provisions of the said subsection to the land described in the Schedule hereto, and accordingly no owner may, except with the consent of the Board, exercise any rights of ownership so as to interfere with the carrying-out of any works under the said subsection.
SCHEDULE.
The following land, situate in the Patetere North Survey District, in the Waiariki Native Land Court District: Mangakaretu 1B 2B 2B (part) Block: Area, 38 acres 2 roods 2 perches.

Portion of Ruatoki Consolidation Scheme confirmed.
In the matter of subsection (6) of section 161 of the Native Land Act, 1931, and in the matter of an application to the Court to prepare a scheme of consolidation in respect of Ruatoki No. 1A No. 1 and other blocks.
Notice is hereby given that a scheme of consolidation (in part being the final instalment) dated the 8th day of July, 1936, dealing with Waiohau 1A 1c and other blocks within the Waiariki Native Land Court District, having been prepared by the Native Land Court in accordance with the above-mentioned Act, and submitted under the seal of the said Court to the Native Minister for his approval, I, Michael Joseph Savage, as such Native Minister, being satisfied that the portion of the scheme so submitted is just and equitable and is in the public interest, do hereby confirm the portion of the said scheme of consolidation which was so submitted on the 8th day of July, 1936.

Portion of Te Arawa Consolidation Scheme confirmed.
In the matter of subsection (6) of section 161 of the Native Land Act, 1931, and in the matter of an application dated the 29th day of January, 1925, to the Court to prepare a scheme of consolidation in respect of Tihiotonga A and other blocks.
Notice is hereby given that a scheme of consolidation (in part, being the second instalment) dated the 10th day of August, 1936, dealing with part Rotomahana-Parekarangi 3A 3B 4A block, within the Waiariki Native Land Court District, having been prepared by the Native Land Court in accordance with the above-mentioned Act and submitted under the seal of the said Court to the Native Minister for his approval, I, Michael Joseph Savage, as such Native Minister, being satisfied that the portion of the scheme so submitted is just and equitable and is in the public interest, do hereby confirm the portion of the said scheme of consolidation which was so submitted on the 10th day of August, 1936.

Fixing Date on which the New Zealand Register of Inscribed Stock shall be kept by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
Pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Finance Act, 1934 (No. 2), I, Walter Nash, Minister of Finance, hereby give notice that acting under the authority conferred on me by section 22 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act, 1933, I have required the Reserve Bank of New Zealand to keep the New Zealand Register of Inscribed Stock, and do hereby give further notice that such requirement shall take effect on the 1st day of October, 1936.

The following notice, received from the Chairman, Warkworth Town Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926.

WARKWORTH TOWN BOARD.
Pursuant to section 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, I hereby give notice that at a poll of the ratepayers of the Town District of Warkworth taken on the 11th day of September, 1936, on the proposal of the Warkworth Town Board to borrow the sum of three thousand pounds (£3,000) for the purposes of enlarging the Warkworth Town Hall to a seating capacity of 750, fitting up hall for the dual purposes as a picture-theatre and hall, and erecting municipal offices and conveniences—
Votes.
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was .. 73
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 19
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

Pursuant to section 13 (1) of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, I hereby give notice that at a poll of ratepayers of the Mackenzie County taken on the 15th day of September, 1936, on the proposal to borrow the sum of £16,000 for the purpose of rebuilding timber bridges in concrete,—

I therefore declare the proposal to be carried.
