Appointment of Inspector under the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, revoked.—(Notice No. Ag. 3423.)

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to revoke the appointment of
Archer Lovat Fraser
as an Inspector for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, for the district within the jurisdiction of the Kawhia County Council.

Member of the Pahiatua Rabbit Board appointed.—(Notice No. Ag. 3424.)
PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by section 37 of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, I, William Lee Martin, Minister of Agriculture, do hereby appoint
Alexander Kinghorn,
being an Inspector appointed under Part I of the said Act, to be a member of the Pahiatua Rabbit Board established by the said Act.

NOTICE.
GEORGE VINCENT CULSHAW, Esquire, of Adelaide, South Australia, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia, has this day been appointed by the Honourable Sir John Reed, Acting Chief Justice of New Zealand, a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in South Australia aforesaid under the 47th section of the Judicature Act, 1908, for the purpose of administering and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.
