ESTATE OF OSCAR PETERS.
In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of the Estate of Oscar Peters, late of Kaimiro, Farmer, but now deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, on the 12th day of August, 1936. pursuant to the powers in that behalf conferred upon him by section 62 of the above-mentioned Act, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Wellington electing to administer the above estate under Part IV of the said Act, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realized, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.
Notice is further given that I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at my office on Tuesday, the 25th day of August, 1936, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
Notice is finally given that all creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act, 1908. Proof-of-debt forms may be procured at my office.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of J. M. Brown, Limited (in Liquidation).
Before the Honourable Mr. Justice Kennedy. Wednesday, the 12th day of August, 1936.
UPON the petition of the Farmers' Dairy Federation, Limited, and upon hearing Mr. H. J. Macalister of counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Hewat of counsel for J. M. Brown, Limited (in Liquidation), and also for George Edward Thompson Dorman, the liquidator appointed in the voluntary winding up of the said company, and also for John Morton McCrostie, a creditor of the said company, and with the consent of all parties appearing, this Court doth order that the voluntary winding up of the said J. M. Brown, Limited, be continued but subject to the supervision of this Court; and any of the proceedings under the said voluntary winding up may be adopted as the Court shall think fit; and it is ordered that the liquidator appointed in the voluntary winding up of the said company or other the liquidator for the time being do on the lst day of September, 1936, and thenceforth every three months file in the registry of the Court a report in writing as to the position of, and the progress made with, the winding up of the said company, and with the realization of the assets thereof, and as to any other matters connected with the winding up as the Court may from time to time direct : And it is ordered that no bills of costs, charges, or expenses, or special remuneration of any solicitor employed by the liquidator of the said company, or any remuneration, charges, or expenses of such liquidator, or of any manager, accountant, auctioneer, broker, or other person, be paid out of the assets of the said company unless such costs, charges, expenses, or remuneration shall have been taxed or allowed by the Registrar : And it is ordered that all such costs, charges, expenses, and remuneration be taxed and ascertained accordingly : And it is ordered that the costs of the petitioner of the petition be taxed and paid out of the assets of the company ; and the creditors, contributors, and liquidator of the said company, and all other persons interested, are to be at liberty to apply generally as there may be occasion.
