Lands in Auckland, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Taranaki, Wellington, Canterbury, and Southland Land Districts forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that the leases and licenses of the undermentioned lands having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Land Boards of the respective land districts, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, and the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 6th October, 1936, at 11 o’clock a.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

Town of Tauhara.
SECTIONS 1 to 8 (inclusive), 23 to 35 (inclusive), and 50 to 59 (inclusive).
Town of Waitetoko.
Sections 34 to 43 (inclusive), and 57 to 66 (inclusive).
Town of Motuopa.
Sections 10, 11, 12, 34 to 39 (inclusive), and 65 to 70 (inclusive).
Town of Oruatua.
Sections 21 to 34 (inclusive), 36A, 37A, and 38 to 42 (inclusive).
These sections are situated on the shores of Lake Taupo, and are particularly suitable for camping-sites for fishermen. Areas range from 32 perches to about 1 rood, and upset prices from £10 to £55.
