NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder set forth:—

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Government Buildings, Auckland, on Thursday, 8th October, 1936, at 2.30 o’clock p.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—VILLAGE LAND.
Papakura Town District.—Village of Papakura.
Lot 1 of Section 1: Area, 1 rood 22·6 perches. Upset price, £75.
Lot 20 of Section 1: Area, 1 rood 15·8 perches. Upset price, £75.
Lot 21 of Section 1: Area, 1 rood 2·1 perches. Upset price, £125.
These sections are situated on Coles Crescent, in the Papakura Town Board area. Lot 1 is a corner section with frontages to Coles Crescent and Great South Road, while Lots 20 and 21 have frontages to the Crescent and are adjoining. Easy undulating land in grass, suitable for building-sites.

District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, 25th August, 1936.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section will be offered for sale for cash or on deferred payments by public auction at the Lands Office, Te Kuiti, at 11 o’clock a.m. on Monday, 12th October, 1936, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TOWN LAND.
Waitomo County.—Te Kuiti Native Township.
SECTION 6, Block XXVII: Area, 2 acres 2 roods 1 perch. Upset price, £200.
Weighted with £167 for improvements, consisting of dwelling, cow-shed, outbuildings, clearing and grassing, road-boundary fencing, subdivisional fencing, and boundary-fencing. This sum is payable in cash or by means of a deposit of £7, the balance of £160 as follows: (1) The sum of £90 to remain on mortgage to the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand payable by quarterly instalments over a period of twenty years, with interest at the rate ruling as at date of selection. (2) The sum of £70 to the Lands and Survey Department over a period of ten years by means of twenty half-yearly instalments of £4 10s. 8d. each.
The property is suitable for residential purposes and will carry several cows. Situated in Mary Street, one mile from Te Kuiti Railway-station, Post-office, and School; access by metalled road. Land is undulating, approximately 2 acres of good pasture, balance in garden. Watered from the town supply.
