PURSUANT to the powers conferred upon me by clause 6 (2) of the Dairy Factory Managers Regulations, 1934, I, William Lee Martin, Minister of Agriculture, hereby appoint

(i) On the recommendation of the New Zealand Dairy Board—

being a Dairy Company Director ;

(ii) On the recommendation of the New Dairy Factory Managers’ Association—

Peter Christian Hveisel Petersen, Esquire,

being a member of the said association ;

(iii) On the recommendation of the Massey Agricultural College Council—

Professor William Riddet,

being a member of the staff of the Massey Agricultural College ; and

(iv) George Maxwell Valentine, Esquire,

being a member of the staff of the Department of Agriculture,

to be members of the Dairy Factory Managers Registration Board established under the said regulations.
