Land proclaimed as Road in Block X, Kaipara Survey District, Waitemata County.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Kaipara Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 0 roods 4 perches.
Being portion of Section 9.

Situated in Block X, Kaipara Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28247.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92787, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1936.

Extending the Open Season for the taking or killing of Opossums, Southland Acclimatization District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of August, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council made under the said Act dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and appearing in New Zealand Gazette Number thirty-one of the thirtieth idem, at page 807, by deleting the words “1st September” appearing under the heading “Southland Acclimatization District” in the Schedule to such Order in Council, and contained in Condition Number one under the said heading, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words “22nd September”: And all licenses issued to take or kill opossums in the Southland Acclimatization District under the authority of the said Order in Council are hereby extended until noon on the said twenty-second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

Consenting to the Establishment and Maintenance of an Aerodrome by the Nelson Harbour Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of August, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority vested in him by the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act, 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Nelson Harbour Board on the land described in the Schedule hereto during the term of the lease mentioned in such Schedule and any extension or renewal thereof.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of land situated in the district of Waimea East containing 70 acres, more or less, and known as Stoke Aerodrome, and being part of Sections 73, 75, and 76 on the plan of the said district, and being all the land comprised in memorandum of lease bearing date the 11th day of November, 1935, from George Edward Charles Saxton to the Nelson Aero Club (Incorporated), and more particularly shown on the plan drawn thereon.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Block XII, Motueka Survey District, Nelson Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of August, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for public utility purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 11, Moutere District, Block XII, Motueka Survey District: Area, 20 acres, more or less.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of August, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for railway purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 37 acres 0 roods 7·5 perches, being part of Section 5, Block XXI, Blackstone Survey District: Bounded on the north by Crown land, 1439 links and 621·7 links, by other part of Section 5 aforesaid, 2087·6 links, and by railway reserve, 552·3 links, on the east by railway reserve, 552·9 links, on the south by a road, 2893·2 links, and on the west by Section 14, Block III, Poolburn Survey District, and by Crown land, 2894·9 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 23169A, and thereon in outline bordered red.
