Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of Portion of
the Ormond Domain, Gisborne Land District, for the Purposes
of the Waihirere and Gray's Bush Domain.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of
August, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the
moneys received in respect of that portion of the Ormond
Domain described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date
hereof lying to the credit of the said portion, a sum not
exceeding one hundred and fifty pounds shall be applied in
managing, administering, and improving the Waihirere and
Gray’s Bush Domain, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—PORTION OF ORMOND DOMAIN.
ALL that area in Block I, Waimata Survey District, con-
taining by admeasurement 107 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more
or less, being the section marked “Bush Reserve,” and being
the land referred to in the Order in Council dated 1st August,
1910, and published in Gazette No. 75, of the 4th of that month,
at page 3115.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—WAIHIRERE AND GRAY’S BUSH
DOMAIN.
Waimata Survey District.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the
Kaimaumau Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of
August, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint

The Mangonui County Council

to be the Kaimaumau Domain Board, having control of
the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby appoint Wednesday, the nineteenth day of August,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, at twelve
o’clock noon, as the time when, and the Council Chambers,
Kaitaia, as the place where, the first meeting of the
Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—KAIMAUMAU
DOMAIN.
SECTION 4, Block I, Rangaunu Survey District: Area,
54 acres 2 roods 30 perches.

Also Section 19, Block II, Rangaunu Survey District:
Area, 36 acres 0 roods 23 perches.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Huatoki
Domain.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of
August, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and autho-
rities conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
revoke an Order in Council dated the fourteenth day of
January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and
published in the Gazette of the seventeenth day of the
same month, appointing a Domain Board to have control
of the Huatoki Domain, and doth hereby appoint

The New Plymouth Borough Council

to be the Huatoki Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Monday, the seventh day of September, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, at eight
o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Municipal Offices,
New Plymouth, as the place where, the first meeting of
the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
HUATOKI DOMAIN.—TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS parts 1s and 3s, Huatoki Settlement, Block V,
Paritutu Survey District: Area, 12 acres 2 roods 20
perches, more or less. As the same is delineated on plan
marked L. and S. I/700, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered pink.

Extending Time for closing Poll, Auckland Transport District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of
August, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in him by the Local Elections and Polls Act,
1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth
hereby extend the hour at which the poll for the election of
two members of the Auckland Transport Board, to be held
on Wednesday, the ninth day of September, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-six, shall close, to seven o’clock in
the afternoon of the day appointed.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of
August, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the tenth
day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
five, and published in the Gazette of the eleventh day of that
month, the control of Section 1424R, Block III, Shotover
Survey District, in the Otago Land District, a reserve for a
site for a public hall, was vested in certain persons therein
named, who were by the said Order in Council constituted
a special Board, by the name of the Lower Shotover Public
Hall Board, in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 :

And whereas it is desirable that Joseph Adam Bagrie, of
Lower Shotover, should be appointed a member of the said
Board in place of Kenneth Alexander Brown, resigned.
