Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed roads described in the First Schedule hereto, being lands which are adjacent to the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL those pieces of land containing 17 acres 2 roods 8·8 perches, more or less, being closed roads, situated in Block II, Toaroha Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 16/2337A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL those areas containing 964 acres 3 roods 33·4 perches, being portions of Reserve No. 127 (primary-education endowment), situated in Block II, Toaroha Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 16/2337B, deposited in the Head office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of August, 1936.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Lindis Survey District, Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of Pastoral Run Number 1358, situated in Lindis Survey District, and held under license dated the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nine :

And whereas it is desired that the said parcel of land should be taken for the purposes of a road under subsection two of section two hundred and fifty-seven of the Land Act, 1924 :

Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection two of section two hundred and fifty-seven of the Land Act, 1924, hereinbefore referred to, do hereby take the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a road.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 2 roods 10 perches.

Being portion of Run 235c, Lindis Survey District. (S.O. plan L 66).

Situated in the Otago Land District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2147, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2773, and thereon coloured purple.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of August, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Moeangiangi Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto, and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
