deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of
June, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the
Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road hereby stopped :—

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 2-44 Part Lot 40, D.P. 242, being part Section 11,
Porirua R.D.; coloured blue.
0 '0 10-95 Part Section 11, Porirua R.D. (Railway
Terrace); coloured yellow.

Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District (Johnsonville
Town District). (S.O. 3111.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91675,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of
July, 1936.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in
Takahue Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
10.5 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 60, Parish of Ahipara.

Situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 28331.)

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92280,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Roads in the County of Waitaki exempted
from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works
Act, 1928.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 24th
day of June, 1936.
Present:

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred
by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other
powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
approve of the following resolution passed by the
Waitaki County Council on the twenty-fourth day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:—

"The Waitaki County Council, being the local body
having control of the roads in the County of Waitaki,
hereby resolves that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act,
1928, shall not apply to the south-western and western
sides of the roads fronting the north-eastern and
eastern boundaries of part of Section 14, Block VIII,
Otepopo Survey District, and further resolves that the
said provisions shall not apply to the road intersecting
the said section";

such portions of roads being more particularly described
in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern side generally of all that portion of road
in the Otago Land District, County of Waitaki, fronting
part Section 14, Block VIII, Otepopo Survey District;
marked A-B on plan.

Also the south-western side of all that portion of road
in the said land district and county, fronting part
Section 14, Block VIII, Otepopo Survey District; marked
C-D on plan.

Also the north-western side of all that portion of road
in the said land district and county, fronting part
Section 14, Block VIII, Otepopo Survey District; marked
D-E on plan.

Also all that portion of road in the said land district
and county, adjoining or passing through part Section 14,
Block VIII, Otepopo Survey District; marked F-G on
plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 92299, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.
