ERRATUM.—In the Schedule to the Proclamation dated 7th day of March, 1936, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 25, page 534, of the 26th day of the same month, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, for the description of the twelfth area read “Being portion of Lot 150, D.P. 12794 (Town of Orewa Extension No. 3), being part Allotment 23,” in lieu of the description contained in the said Schedule.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District, Manukau County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 16 acres 1 rood 13·5 perches.

Being Allotments 1, 2, and 3 of Section 2, Small Lots near Village of Howick.

Situated in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28397.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92273, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of July, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 1 rood 30 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 99, Mangatete Parish.

Situated in Block XI, Rangaunu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28147.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90626, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of July, 1936.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the roads in Rangitaiki Upper Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
