Land proclaimed as a Street in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, Henderson Town District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in Titirangi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 9·6 perches.
Being portion of Lot 8, D.P. 9102, being part Allotment 7, Parish of Waipareira.
Situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District (Henderson Town District), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28295.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92382, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of June, 1936.

Altering the Boundaries of the Wairere Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Wairere Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Land District of Taranaki, in the County of Clifton, situated in Block II, Tainui Survey District, and Blocks III and VII, Mokau Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the left bank of the Mokau River, at the south-western corner of Lot 5, D.P. 3836, Subdivisions 8, 9, and 12, part Mokau-Mohakatino 1r; and proceeding thence first easterly and then southerly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 5 and the western boundary of Lot 6 on D.P. 3836, Subdivisions 9 and 12, part Mokau-Mohakatino 1r; thence southerly and then easterly along the southern boundaries of the said Lot 6, Lot 7 on D.P. 3836, Subdivisions 9 and 12, part Mokau-Mohakatino 1r, and Allotment 13, D.P. 3049, part Mokau-Mohakatino 1r, to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 13 to a scenic reserve, part 3, Block III; thence first westerly and then northerly along the south-western and western boundaries of the said scenic reserve to the north-western corner of Subdivision 1 of Section 3, Block III, Mokau Survey District; thence first southerly and then easterly along the western and southern boundaries of the last-mentioned section to the Mokau River; thence first northerly then westerly and then southerly down the left bank of the Mokau River to the point of commencement; the same being more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92510, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of June, 1936.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the War Funds Act, 1915, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
J. T. Paul, Esquire, of Dunedin,
to be a member of the National War Funds Council in lieu of J. J. Clark, Esquire, C.B.E. (deceased).

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the additional land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of public buildings of the General Government.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 16th day of June, 1936.

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section ten of the Thames Harbour Board Loans Adjustment Act, 1932–33, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby further extend until the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, the time within which no person shall take any steps to enforce payment of the principal or interest of any of the loans referred to in the said section ten or any part of any such loans.
