Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block IV, Ngatimaru Survey District, Whangamomona County.

A PROCLAMATION.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Ngatimaru Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 3 roods 22·3 perches.
Being portion of railway land (Proclamation No. 399, Gazette, 1914, page 2096) ; coloured grey.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 2 roods 14 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Section 22 and Crown land ; coloured green.
All situated in Block IV, Ngatimaru Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7523.)

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92160, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of June, 1936.

All in the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92279, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
