ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 16th day of June, 1936.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby delegate to the Whakatane County Council the powers conferred upon him by section four of the said Act of appointing and removing trustees in respect of Section 26, Block XIII, Galatea Survey District, now known as the Te Whaiti Cemetery, and doth order that this Order in Council shall take effect from the date of the publication hereof in the Gazette.

Revoking Order in Council of the 8th June, 1925, licensing George Calverly Riley and John Riley, as Trustees of the Estate of Harry Bolton Riley, to use and occupy Part of the Foreshore of Collingwood Harbour as a Site for a Wharf.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 16th day of June, 1936.

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in the Gazette of the eleventh day of the same month, at page 1880, George Calverly Riley and John Riley, as trustees of the estate of Harry Bolton Riley (hereinafter called “the licensees”), were licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore of Collingwood Harbour as a site for a wharf:
And whereas the wharf has been demolished and the licensees have applied to have the license revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke and determine the said recited Order in Council of the eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, as from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the Gazette of the nineteenth day of the same month, at page 2229, John Harrison (hereinafter called “the licensee”) was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark of Whangape Harbour as a site for a wharf for a term of fourteen years:
And whereas the licensee has died, and it is desirable to revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

The Aged and Infirm Persons Protection Rules, 1936.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 16th day of June, 1936.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to sections eighteen and thirty of the Aged and Infirm Persons Protection Act, 1912, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the concurrence therein of the Right Honourable the Chief Justice and five of the other members of the Rules Committee constituted under the Judicature Amendment Act, 1930 (three of such other members being Judges of the Supreme Court), doth hereby make the following rules.
RULES.
-
These rules may be cited as the Aged and Infirm Persons Protection Rules, 1936.

These rules shall come into force on the day following the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

The times at which and manner in which the statement referred to in section 18 of the Aged and Infirm Persons Protection Act, 1912, shall be prepared and filed in the Court, and the particulars to be shown therein, shall be as hereinafter set out.

Within three calendar months after the date of the protection order there shall be filed a statement comprising—
(i) A schedule showing—
(a) Particulars and estimated values of all property comprised in the protected estate at the date of the protection order:
(b) How the values assigned have been arrived at:
(c) Particulars of the condition of the property:
(d) Particulars of rents and interest and other income (if any) payable to the protected person:
(e) The names of the persons by whom such income is payable:
(ii) A schedule showing the liabilities (present, future, and contingent) of the estate at the date of the protection order.
- Within six weeks after every anniversary of the date of the protection order there shall be filed—
(i) Full and detailed accounts for the year ended on the last anniversary date showing the receipts and payments for that period, and comprising—
(a) The gross amounts received from the sale, calling-in, and conversion of the estate (including sums received but retained or deducted by solicitors, auctioneers, commission agents, brokers, or other agents):
(b) The gross income (including sums received but retained or deducted by such agents as aforesaid):
(c) Payments to or on behalf of the protected person:
(d) Payments to or on behalf of the wife or husband or children of the protected person:
(e) Other disbursements (including sums retained or deducted by such agents as aforesaid).
Periodical receipts or payments of the same kind may be aggregated in the accounts.
