Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, Waitemata County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waiwera Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of June, 1936.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Toaroha Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

3 2 6·1 Subdivision 1 of Reserve 127; coloured yellow.
12 1 26·4 Subdivision 2 of Reserve 127; coloured purple.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed: 17 acres 2 roods 8·8 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Subdivisions 1, 2, and 3 of Reserve 127; coloured green.

All situated in Block II, Toaroha Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3209.)

All in the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91913, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of June, 1936.
