Land proclaimed as a Road, Road closed, and Land taken, in Block IV, Otamatea Survey District, Otamatea County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Otamatea Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kaniere Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Paritutu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 16·7 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 22, 23, 24, 25, and C, Hua Village.
Situated in Block II, Paritutu Survey District. (S.O. 7522.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92294, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of June, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 25·8 perches.
Being portion of Lots 5, 6, and 7, Deeds Plan 107, being part Section 51, Hutt R.D.
