Paragraph 2: By adding after the words "Class E (rate and a half)" the words "provided that, in cases where loading and/or unloading is performed by the Department, the charges will in no case be less than when computed at Class N plus the appropriate loading and/or unloading charges".

Paragraph 6: By adding after the word "vegetable" in second line the words "carbon dioxide snow (dry ice)".

  1. Empty Cases for Carriage of Fruit, and Shooks for Manufacture of Fruit-cases.

Paragraph 2: By omitting from fifth line the words "half rates, Class C", and inserting in lieu thereof the words "half rates Class C".
