I hereby certify that the foregoing special order was duly
made at a special meeting of the Waipa County Council held
at the Council's Chambers, Bank Street, Te Awamutu, on
Monday, the 16th day of March, 1936, and was duly confirmed
at an ordinary meeting of the said Council held at the above-
mentioned place on Monday, the 20th day of April, 1936, and
that due notice of the special order was published in the
Waikato Times newspaper on the 26th day of March and the
2nd, 9th, and 16th days of April, 1936.

Zealand, Slaughterman (heretofore or sometime known
and whose certificate of birth is registered as ALBERT
RICE), being a British subject have by deed-poll dated
the 28th day of April, 1936, and enrolled in the Supreme
Court Office at Auckland, renounced and abandoned my
surname of Rice and assigned and adopted the surname
of Cosseboom for all purposes whatsoever.
