At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of May, 1936.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Rodolf Boddy,
Henry Webb,
Joseph Embling Trust,
Mungo McPherson Robertson,
John Anderson,
Robert Wilkin Neal,
Stanley James Aston,
William Henry Topp, and
James Keith Walker

to be the Rukuhia Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Wairere Electric-power Board Offices, Piopio, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Te Aroha Sports Domain.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of May, 1936.

Present :

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and published in Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, the Waihou Domain Board was constituted and appointed to control the Waihou Domain, in pursuance of section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 :—

And whereas it is desired to change the name of the said Waihou Domain to Te Aroha Sports Domain :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, from and after the date hereof, be known as the Te Aroha Sports Domain ; and, with the like advice and consent as aforesaid, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, hereinbefore referred to, and doth hereby appoint

George Cowley,
William Thomas Weston Hughes,
John Benjamin Johnson,
John David Mackay,
William Mackie,
Gerard Henry Nicholls, and
Walter Edward Smith

to be the Te Aroha Sports Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act.

The first meeting of the said Board shall be held on Wednesday, the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, at two o’clock p.m., at the Te Aroha News Board-meeting Room, Te Aroha.

SECTION 113, Block IX, Aroha Survey District : Area, 68 acres, more or less.

Cancelling the Reservation over Part of a Reserve in Block XIII, Tutaki Survey District, Nelson Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of May, 1936.

Present :

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for public utility purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing by estimation 80 acres, more or less, situated in Block XIII, Tutaki Survey District, and being all the remaining portion of Section 22, Square 173, bounded towards the north and towards the west by Provisional State Forest, towards the south partly by Provisional State Forest and partly by Section 30, Square 173, and towards the east by the bank of the Matakitaki River. As the same is more particularly shown on a plan marked L. and S. 22/703, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Cancelling the Reservation over Part of a Reserve in Block XVII, Lowry Peaks Survey District, Canterbury Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of May, 1936.

Present :

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for a resting-place for travelling stock over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 19 acres 0 roods 36 perches, more or less, situated in Block XVII, Lowry Peaks Survey District, and being part of Reserve 3135, bounded as follows: Towards the north and east by part Section 2, Block XVII, Lowry Peaks Survey District, Cheviot Estate, 2331·7 links and 537·3 links; towards the south by a railway reserve 2392·9 links; and again towards the west by Lot 2, Section 1, Block XVII, Lowry Peaks Survey District, Cheviot Estate, 1065·6 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/562, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
