A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wingatui Magazine; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

Land proclaimed as a Street in the City of Christchurch.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Christchurch described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 5·7 perches.
Being portion of Reserve 3850.

Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92086, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Altering Boundaries of Waikato and Hauraki Plains Counties and including Area in Whangamarino Riding, Waikato County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section fourteen of the Counties Act, 1920, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area described in the First Schedule hereto being now part of the County of Hauraki Plains shall be added to and form part of the County of Waikato; that the boundaries of the Counties of Hauraki Plains and Waikato as so altered shall be those set forth under the respective headings in the Second Schedule hereto; that the area added as aforesaid to the County of Waikato shall be included in the Whangamarino Riding of the said county; and that the boundaries of the Whangamarino Riding as so altered shall be those set forth in the Third Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

AREA EXCLUDED FROM THE COUNTY OF HAURAKI PLAINS AND INCLUDED IN THE COUNTY OF WAIKATO.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, in Block VIII, Wharekawa Survey District, and Block II, Piako Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the north-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block VIII, Wharekawa Survey District, and the confiscation boundary-line; thence in south-easterly and south-westerly directions generally along the north-eastern boundary of Section 1 aforesaid, the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Section 2, Block VIII, Wharekawa Survey District, and the southern boundary of Section 1, Block II, Piako Survey District, to the confiscation boundary-line; thence in a generally northerly direction along the confiscation boundary-line to the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

COUNTY OF HAURAKI PLAINS.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the mouth of the Waihou River; thence following up the middle of the said river in a southerly direction to a point in line with the north-western bank of the canals in Canal Reserve, Block XII, Waihou Survey District; thence to and along the said bank of canals produced to the middle of said Waihou River; thence again southerly along the middle of that river to the northern boundary of Waitoa Survey District; thence westerly along that boundary-line to Te Awaii 1b 2b 3 Block, along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of that block and south-western boundary of Te Awaii 1j 2b 4 Block to the aforesaid northern boundary of Waitoa Survey District; thence westerly along that boundary to Piako River, up the middle of that river to a public road forming the northern boundary of part Maukoro Block, south-westerly along the middle of that road to the Morrinsville-Waitakaruru Main Road; thence to and along the northern boundary of the said Maukoro Block, along the northern boundaries of Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block V, Waitoa Survey District, the eastern and northern boundaries of Maukoro No. 2b 2 Block, the northern boundary of Section 6, Block IV, Hapuakohe Survey District, to the middle of Mangawhero Road; northerly
