A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rangitaiki Upper Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
1 rood 4·6 perches.
Being portion of Lot 2, D.P. 12356, being part eastern portion of Allotment 83, Rangitaiki Parish.

Situated in Block VIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28198.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91833, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1936.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
16·9 perches.
Being portion of Section 1, Mead Settlement, formerly part Rural Section 23191.

Situated in Block IX, Selwyn Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.P. 2399.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91590, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1936.
