Additional Land at Deborah taken for the Purposes of
the Waitaki-Bluff Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-
Bluff Railway to take further land at Deborah in
addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of
the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount
Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities con-
ferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred
and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood
10·64 perches.
Portion of road, Block IV, Oamaru Survey District,
Waitaki County. (S.O. O 225.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 3999,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways
at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
April, 1936.

Railway to take further land at Gore in addition to land
previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land: 2·22 perches and
2·29 perches.
Parts of Allotment 21 (Railway Reserve), Block I, Town of
Gore, Borough of Gore. (S.O. 64/121.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4060, de-
posited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue and bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
April, 1936.

Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City
of Christchurch described in the Schedule hereto.
