Portions of Roads in the County of Collingwood exempted from
the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928,
subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of
March, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Collingwood County Council on the
twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-five, viz.:

"The Collingwood County Council, being the local
authority having control of the roads of the Collingwood
County, by resolution declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works
Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-western side of the
road for a distance of approximately 162 links and to the
balance of the road through Section 94, Takaka Original
District, Block II, Waitapu Survey District, marked A-B,
and to the north-western side of road on south-eastern
boundary of said section marked B-C, and coloured red
on plan";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions
of roads (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of
thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of
roads.

SCHEDULE.

The south-western side of all that portion of road, situated
in the Nelson Land District, County of Collingwood, fronting
part Section 94, Takaka Original District, Block II, Waitapu
Survey District ; marked A-B on plan.

Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of road in
the said land district and county, fronting part Section 94,
Takaka Original District, Block II, Waitapu Survey District ;
marked D-E on plan.

Also the north-western side of all that portion of road in
the said land district and county, fronting part Section 94,
Takaka Original District, Block II, Waitapu Survey District ;
marked B-C on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 91518, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portion of King Street, in the Borough
of Otahuhu, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of
March, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Otahuhu Borough Council on the
nineteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-five, viz.:

"The Otahuhu Borough Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the Borough of Otahuhu,
by resolution declares that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to the northern side of that portion of the
street known as King Street adjoining the land on a plan
deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under
No. 25922";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern
side of the portion of King Street (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of eight feet from the northern
boundary of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

The northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the
North Auckland Land District, Borough of Otahuhu, known
as King Street, fronting Lot 13, Fairburns Grant 269A. As
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 90668, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

County exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line.

not apply to that portion of the road on the south-west
side of Section 3 of 138, Takaka District, Block X, Waitapu
Survey District, marked A-B and C-D and coloured red
on plan";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-
eastern side of the portions of road (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
lines of the said portions of road.

SCHEDULE.

The north-eastern side of all those portions of road, situated
in the Nelson Land District, Takaka County, fronting Section 3
of 138, Takaka District, Block X, Waitapu Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 91550, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
