the Dunedin City Council on the seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to portion of the north-eastern side of Patrick Street, in the said City of Dunedin, where such portion of street abuts on Lot 1, L.T.P. 2628, being part Section 98, Block VI, Town District, as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and is thereon coloured brown and edged with red to its centre-line ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Patrick Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Patrick Street, fronting Lot 1, L.T.P. 2628, being part Section 98, Block VI, Town District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91595, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

The North-western Side of Portion of Ann Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to portion of the north-western side of Ann Street, in the said City of Dunedin, where such portion of street abuts on part Allotment 14, Township of Sunnyside, as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and is thereon coloured red to its centre-line ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Ann Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz.:
“ The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the eastern side of that portion of Creswick Terrace beginning at its junction with Norfolk Street and extending for a distance of 172·73 links, being part of road fronting Lot 35 and part Lot 36, Deeds Plan 108 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Creswick Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Creswick Terrace, fronting Lot 35 and part Lot 36, Deeds Plan 108, being part Section 32, Karori District, Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66035, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Motueka Borough Council on the fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:
“ The Motueka Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets of the Motueka Borough, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the western side of Thorp Street adjoining Lots 5 and 6, part Section 153, ‘ Motueka Original District,’ Block IV, Motueka S.D., marked A-B and coloured red on plan ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Thorp Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Motueka, known as Thorp Street, fronting part Section 153, Motueka Original District, Block IV, Motueka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91469, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
