conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said loan by prescribing that in lieu of the term of twenty-five (25) years the term for which the said loan or any part thereof may be raised shall be twenty (20) years.

Order in Council varying the Determinations in respect of the Grey Electric-power Board’s Loan of £16,000.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1936.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and subject to the determinations as to borrowing and repayment therein set out, consent was given to the raising by the Grey Electric-power Board (hereinafter called “the said local authority”) of the sum of sixteen thousand pounds (£16,000) by a loan to be known as “Construction Loan, 1935” (hereinafter called “the said loan”):
And whereas the authority conferred by the said Order in Council has not yet been exercised, and it is expedient to vary the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said loan:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said loan by prescribing as follows:—
(1) In lieu of making provision for the repayment thereof by the establishment of a sinking fund, the said local authority may raise the said loan upon terms of making the same (together with interest on the outstanding balance thereof) repayable by sixteen (16) half-yearly instalments of principal each of one thousand pounds (£1,000), the first such instalment to be paid not later than six months after the first day from which interest to the lender or lenders is computed on any amount raised and half-yearly thereafter.

Recreation Reserve in Nelson Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1936.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Kaiteriteri Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—KAITERITERI DOMAIN.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 8·4 perches, more or less, being Lot 51 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Nelson under No. 2469, and being part of Section 16 of Square 9, situated in Block XII, Kaiteriteri Survey District. As the same is more particularly shown on a plan marked L. and S. 1/983, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Revoking the Reservation over a Reserve in Block VI, Waimate Survey District, Canterbury Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1936.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for a site for a post-office over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for road, bridge, and ferry purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 27 perches, more or less, being part of Section 11, Block X, Mangahao Survey District: Bounded on the east, south-east, and south by a road 1607·5 links; and on the west and north-west by a road (now closed) 1538·9 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered 259/10, deposited in the Wellington District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon coloured red.
