NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 3rd day of February, 1936, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £6,000 to £3,000, and the minute approved by the said Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the said Act, were registered on the 4th day of March, 1936, by the Assistant Registrar of Companies at Napier:
And further take notice that the said minute is in the words and figures following :—
“That the capital of Paki Paki Lime Company, Limited, is £3,000 divided into 6,000 shares of 10s. each (all of which are fully paid up), instead of £6,000 divided into 6,000 shares of £1 each.”

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that it is advisable to wind up the company and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that TREVOR MOSS DAVIS, of Auckland, Merchant, be appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

WAIRARAPA SOUTH COUNTY.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Part II of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, and the Wairarapa South County Loans Conversion Order, 1935, the Wairarapa South County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the new securities authorized to be issued by the Wairarapa South County Council under the above-mentioned Act and Order in conversion of existing securities issued in respect of the loans set out in the First Schedule to that Order, and also the interest, sinking fund, and other charges and/or the instalments of principal and interest in respect of the unconverted securities issued in respect of such loans, the said Wairarapa South County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-farthing in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the district, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such securities and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year until the last maturity date of such securities, being the 1st day of March, 1955, or until all such securities are fully paid off.”
We hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of and an extract from the minutes of proceedings of the Wairarapa South County Council held on the 27th day of February, 1936.
