NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 232 of the Companies Act, 1933, the final meeting of the above company will be held at the registered office of the company, 102 Featherston Street, Wellington, on Friday, the 6th day of March, 1936, at 4 p.m., for the purpose of considering the liquidator's report and final accounts and for the dissolution of the company.

HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme Court, Wellington, dated the 7th day of February, 1936, the above estate was ordered to be administered by me under the provisions of the above Act: And I hereby call a meeting of creditors to be held at the offices of my solicitors, Webb, Richmond, Swan, and Bryan, 235 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Wednesday, 19th February, 1935; at 2.30 p.m.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed by the shareholders of the above-named company on Wednesday, the 7th day of February, 1936:
"That as the objects of the company have now been completed the company be wound up voluntarily; that FRANK ERIC FEIST, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator, and that Messrs. W. W. Snodgrass and K. S. Gandy be appointed a committee to act in conjunction with the liquidator."

IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of W. BLACK AND COMPANY, LIMITED.
THE following resolution was passed on the 27th day of January, 1936:-
"That the company being satisfied that it cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same it is hereby resolved accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily by way of a creditors' voluntary liquidation, and that subject to the approval of the creditors' meeting to be held for the purpose Mr. SYDNEY ERNEST BROWN, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
At a duly convened meeting of creditors held at Wellington on the 4th day of February, 1936, pursuant to the aforesaid resolution, the appointment of the said Sydney Ernest Brown as liquidator was, pursuant to section 235 of the Companies Act, 1933, duly confirmed.

Notice is hereby given to the holders of debentures or other securities issued in respect of the above-mentioned loans that the Rangiora Borough Council intends to convert all such debentures or other securities (except those in respect of which dissent is duly signified) into new debentures having new maturity dates and bearing interest at 4¼ per cent. per annum. The conversion will take place from Ist April, 1936.
Application for conversion must be made in writing and be accompanied by the securities to which it relates.
Dissent from the conversion of any existing debentures or other securities may be signified by the holder by notice in writing delivered to the Town Clerk, Rangiora, or to Mr. D. E. Millar, P.O. Box 551, Christchurch, on or before the 15th day of April, 1936.
If notice of dissent from the conversion of any debentures or other securities is not received by that date the securities will be converted.
The rate of interest on any debentures or other securities in respect of which dissent is signified as aforesaid will, by virtue of section 18 of the above-mentioned Act, be reduced to two-thirds of the original rate as from lst day of April, 1936.
Further particulars as to the new debentures and the conversion generally may be obtained from the Town Clerk, Rangiora, or Mr. D. E. Millar, P.O. Box 551, Christchurch.
