Weighted with £493 for improvements, comprising cow-byre and yards, approximately 300 chains fencing, 130 acres felled and burned, and 7 acres broken from natural state. After payment of a deposit of £148, the balance (£345) may be secured by way of first mortgage to the Mortgage Corporation of New Zealand with interest at the rate ruling as at date of selection.
A grazing property, situated on the Kakara Road, six miles from Mokaniti Post-office, School, and Saleyards, and eighteen miles from Waimiha Railway-station. Access is from Waimiha by seventeen miles metalled and one mile clay road. The property contains about 200 acres easy country, the remainder being broken light bush country. The soil is light loam resting on sandstone and part papa formation, and the section, which is watered by streams and springs, is subdivided into five paddocks.
Special condition.—The costs for the completion of the mortgage to the Mortgage Corporation of New Zealand must be paid immediately an application is declared successful.
