A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of October, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Waiwhero Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the road closed: 6 acres 1 rood 35 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 8, 9, and 13, and Crown land.

Situated in Block XVI, Waiwhero Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3177.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90448, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of October, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of street in the Borough of Lower Hutt described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 1·17 perches.

Adjoining or passing through land shown on plan A. 3057, being part Section 32, and Lot 28B, D.P. 1504, being part Section 29, Hutt R.D.

Situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District (Borough of Lower Hutt). (S.O. 3086.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90613, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
