Revocation of the Reservation of Portion of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 2 roods 11 perches, more or less, situated in Block XIV, Waoku Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north by Sections 24 and 9, Block XIV aforesaid; and towards the south by a public road. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 7/21, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (North Auckland plan S.O. 24865.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of October, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Takahue Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90545, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 0·15 perches.
Being portion of Lot 168, D.P. 1003, and being part Section 29, Karori R.D.; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

STREET CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of street closed:—

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Waipu Branch Railway and for Road-diversions in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twenty-seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 27 of the sixth day of May of the same year, at page 1188, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 6437, taking land for the Waipu Branch Railway and for road-diversions in connection therewith, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

3 0 13 Railway land, being portion of Lot 13A, D.P. 919, being part Allotment 64, Ruakaka Parish, Blocks X and XI; coloured yellow.
2 0 31·7 Railway land, being portion of Lot 1 of Section 13, D.P. 9463, being part Allotment 64, Ruakaka Parish, Block XI; coloured neutral.

Situated in Ruakaka Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24131⁵.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70024 (sheet 5), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of October, 1935.
